Shipping Information

  • Most USA-based orders are shipped directly from our warehouses within 48 hours for your convenience and maximum efficiency.
  • Your product should arrive within 3 - 7 Business Days.
  • Currently only shipping in the USA only. All International (non-USA) orders incur a $25 shipping charge, are shipped via standard US Mail, and may take 2-3 weeks to arrive.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns

Applies to Physical Products Only

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and we stand behind all of the products that we sell. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can choose between a full refund (minus any shipping charges) or a replacement product.

Here are some important guidelines regarding our return policy:

  • All returns must be sent back within 30 days of purchase and must be in new condition and in their original packaging and shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • All returns require an authorization, which can be obtained by emailing us at support@babymeetsleaf.com.
  • Please do not send back your product before you have received an authorization.

Refunds

Applies to Physical Products Only

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Digital Products Refund Policy

As digital products are instantly accessible upon purchase, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that: 

1. All sales of digital products are final.

2. Due to the nature of digital goods, once the product has been downloaded or accessed, it cannot be returned.

3. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to buyer's remorse, dissatisfaction with product features, or technical issues beyond our control.

4. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure compatibility with their device or software before making a purchase.
